Returns and exchanges for any reason (defective and non-defective items) require written authorization from Tuf-Lok.

A Return Authorization Number issued by Tuf-Lok must be marked on the return shipment.  Return shipping costs, as well as mailing labels, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tuf-Lok accepts returns for 60 days after delivery and process refunds within 2 days after receiving the return.
